CharCharms is a start-up in the creation of fun water bottle accessory products, and we are seeking a creative and talented Product & Packaging Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing product mockups, creating patterns, developing new products, and designing packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create product mockups for new and existing products.
• Develop patterns for products, ensuring they are on-trend and align with CharCharms' brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new product ideas and concepts.
• Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to bring new products to market.
• Design packaging for products, ensuring it is both attractive and functional.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product development, preferably in a consumer goods industry.
• Strong design skills, with a portfolio showcasing product mockups, patterns, and packaging design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
