Our shipping & handling time can take anywhere between 2-15 business days. When your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Shipping is based on weight and ranges anywhere from $4-8 in the US. International shipping is usually around $20.

When you go through checkout, you will see all the shipping options.

If your CharCharms arrived damaged, please email support@charcharms.com with a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace the item for you.

You can return your CharCharms within 30 days of delivery. The Charms/Accessories must all be un-used and in new condition.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping.

Once we receive the item, we will process the refund to you to your original payment method.

• Peel off the red adhesive on the back of the hook
• Stick the hook on a smooth, hard surface
• Accessorize with as many charms as you want!

• Slide a credit card or gift card between the hook and bottle
• Hook will pop off
• ** Removing Hook Will NOT Damage Bottle*

• You don't have to worry! We would never want your favorite bottle to be damaged.
• The hook leaves no residue, and does not damage the paint
• The Charms are made out of a soft plastic, or rubber & will not scratch the paint of the bottle either
