CharCharms is a super cute & fun, rapidly growing start-up based in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, specializing in creating fun and unique water bottle accessory products. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team and help drive our operations to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
  • Manage inventory levels and oversee inventory management processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor operations team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a start-up, CPG or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
