Social Media Marketing Manager

Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience

Employment Type: Hybrid Role

Trial Period: 4 weeks, paid

Job Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee, manage & create content for all social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.

  • Community Management: Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand presence.
    •
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (experience not required, training provided).
    •
  • Influencer Management: Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with influencers to promote our products.
    •
  • Content Creation: Create short-form content for social media, and utilize Canva for graphic design and other content creation tools.
    •
  • Photography: Experience here is a plus! If you have photography experience working with product or models, you will be highly considered.

    Requirements:

  • Experience: MUST HAVE - Proven experience in creating engaging short-form content and graphics using Canva. We will be asking to see previous social media posts that you have created.
  • Social Media Skills: Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices (duh!). Do you know the current trends? Do you understand how to make a TikTok carousel post? Can you make cute Instagram stories?
  • Creativity: Ability to generate creative ideas and bring them to life.
  • Collaboration: Must work in the office 3-5 days a week to collaborate with the team and be hands-on with products and business activities. This will be flexible as we grow!
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
