Role Description

CharCharms is seeking a dynamic and driven E-commerce Manager to spearhead and scale our online sales channels, including Shopify, Amazon, and future platforms. As a key player in our rapidly growing brand, you will have the unique opportunity to build and optimize our e-commerce operations from the ground up. We're looking for someone with a strategic mindset who can not only manage day-to-day tasks but also develop and execute long-term strategies to drive growth, improve the customer experience, and increase revenue.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the entire e-commerce ecosystem, ensuring seamless management and optimization of Shopify, Amazon, and other sales platforms.
  • Develop and implement data-driven e-commerce strategies to enhance conversion rates, user experience, and overall online sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to drive continual improvements across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to optimize product listings, manage promotional campaigns, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Oversee and improve inventory management, fulfillment processes, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective order delivery.
  • Conduct A/B testing on site functionality, user interfaces, and marketing tactics to optimize customer journey.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to keep CharCharms at the forefront of innovation.
  • Ensure a top-tier customer experience by monitoring reviews, resolving issues, and enhancing the support process for online shoppers.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue channels, partnerships, and opportunities to expand CharCharms’ digital footprint.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central (must have).
  • Strong background in developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive sales and scale operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, uncover insights, and make decisions that enhance performance.
  • Experience with SEO, paid search, and digital marketing to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Success in optimizing e-commerce websites, improving user experience, and increasing conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with online sales platforms, website management, and fulfillment processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for growing online sales.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

What we can offer:

  • $40,000- $65,000 salary
