Role Description
CharCharms is looking for a Business Development Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, market research, and business growth initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial, analytical, and excited about finding new ways to expand our brand and increase sales.
As a Business Development Intern, you’ll work closely with our sales and leadership team to explore new revenue opportunities, analyze market trends, and contribute to strategic projects that drive CharCharms forward. This is an incredible opportunity to learn the inner workings of a fast-growing consumer brand and make a real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales initiatives, including researching new retail and online opportunities.
- Identify and analyze trends in the market, helping us stay ahead of competitors.
- Support outreach efforts to potential retail partners, distributors, and other sales channels.
- Develop creative strategies to expand product visibility and sales.
- Work on special projects that explore new business opportunities for CharCharms.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and pitches for new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to align growth initiatives.
- Track and report key performance metrics related to business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Passion for business growth, entrepreneurship, and consumer products.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically about sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
