Yay! You've gotten your CharCharms! Now what?! 

Applying your Hook

Before you apply your CharCharms Stick-On Hook:

1. Decide where you want to put your Stick-On Hook + Charms

2. Do not use on a surface that is painted (like a wall), it will peel the paint when you take it off. Water bottles are fine

3. Be 100% sure of placement, once it is stuck on - you can not reuse/restick it

4. Only apply CharCharms onto a surface that is smooth and has no texture to it - no fabric, leather, silicon etc. 

5. Surfaces that are GREAT for CharCharms - Plastic, Metal, Glass, Wood

To apply your CharCharms Stick-On Hook:

1. Peel off the red adhesive protector from the back. It may take tweezers to peel off. Work your way gently from one corner to lift the protector. 

2. Stick on hook and press firmly

3. Attach your CharCharms accessories! Now the fun begins 😁

How to Wash

When you are ready to wash your water bottle, simply un-clip your CharCharms Accessories from the Stick-On Hook and wash how you normally would! You can hand wash or dish wash your CharCharms Stick-On Hook while it is still on the bottle. We recommend hand washing for longer hook durability.

How to Store

Keep your extra CharCharms in a CharCharms pouch so you never lose them!

Hook Problems 

If your hook is not sticking properly, it could be because of these reasons. 

1. You moved your hook from its first location

2. You applied it to a textured or wet surface

If this happened to you and your hook is not sticking anymore, it will not stick again. Throw away that hook and use another one.
